So in my 15 or so years of baking and experimenting with all things baking, I have never once made a Tiered Cake before. Why? I have no idea. I always found them so perfectly crafted that I guess I was always too afraid I would fail somehow. But recently (in fact after I had made the Princess Doll Cake, which you can find here), I have spend quite a bit of time online.
